Database of past examples of machine translation
Original source texts and translations
(with translations by some current commercial/operational systems)
The examples of MT from older systems are divided into experimental (or prototype) systems and operational systems (i.e. systems actually installed and used for regular production of translations). Each of the files provide:
A: the original source texts
B: the unedited output from the system
C: examples of translations of the same source text (A) in a selection of current commercial systems, e.g.
Babelfish: a MT service from Systran Software Inc.
